Aim of study was to study the effect of using quality tools on assessment of Health Technical Institution student's knowledge and practice regarding COVID 19. A descriptive study was utilized. Study was conducted at Port-Said City, in Health Technical Institute. The subjects involved all student at first and second academic year 2020 – 2021 and students' age ranged from 18 to 20 years old so, the sample size was 120 students. Data were collected through two quality tools; a questionnaire sheet, observational check lists. Results of study revealed that, majority (90%) of students had correct knowledge about symptoms, mode of transmission and preemptive action of COVID-19, and (33%) only knew about treatment approaches, but (49.20%) knew about vaccine against COVID19. Almost half (53.30%) of them preferred social media as primary sources of information followed. Most students showed a willingness to follow social distancing. Study concluded that using quality tools had positive effect on assessment of student's knowledge and practice regarding COVID 19 among health technical institute students. Our aim is to decrease waiting time in port said ophthalmology hospital to ensure patient safety.<br />By implementation of quality tools like brainstorming, priority matrix, Pareto chart, fishbone diagram, PDCA (Deming cycle) help us to identify the most important factors increase waiting time in outpatient clinic and making action plan for problem solving and continuous improvement. Hospitals contain a variety of substances that can contribute to fire events.<br />Aim of the study: Implementation a complete firefighting and alarm system for the hospital to make a safe with no fire hospital.<br />Methodology: To identify the need for this project, the following methods are going to be done:<br />First: five stages of 6 sigma approach: Define: study and understand how to protect hospital against fire by using the Egyptian code. Measure: develop process map, conduct time study. Analyze: the collected data and statistical analysis Improve: identify potential causes of delay. This infection can be acquired in hospital, nursing home, diagnostic laboratory,outpatient clinic, rehabilitation facility or other clinical settings. Infection is spread to the patient in the health care facility in different ways.<br />Medical staff also spread infection, beside contaminated equipment,air droplets or bed linens. The infection can be developed from the outside environment, staff that may be infected or another infected patient, or in some cases, the source of the infection cannot be specified. In some cases the microorganism originates from the patient's skin microbiota, becoming opportunistic after surgery or other procedures that compromise the protective skin barrier. Although the patient may have contracted the infection from their own skin, the infection is still considered nosocomial because it develops in the health care facility.(2)<br />Our aim is to reduce risk of health care acquired infections in (Tadamun Hospital) hospital to ensure patient safety. Medication errors may lead to disease in children, disease exacerbation. In the United States, medication errors cost healthcare about $ 177 billion (statistically speaking) annually. <br />The published studies estimated that about 5-10% of hospital admissions were due to the medication errors. It is suspected that approximately 3% of deaths in the Swedish population are because of the medication errors.
